Gadgets that I want to have right now…

When I was start to work, I began to think… I should start to save my money for my own future. Yep, I should save A LOT OF MONEY, for get married, buy a new house and its household, even a new car. But that’s my lonnng target. Of course right now I have some stuffs that I want to buy. Since I love gadgets, there are 3 gadgets that I want to buy. These are a portable harddisk, digital camera, and a TV LCD.

Portable HDD
Actually, I’ve been dreaming to have this gadget from long time ago, but since I don’t really need it so I think I can safe this for later on. BUT, around 2 or 3 months ago I began to realize that my hardisk, both in my PC and laptop are almost full. I like to collect downloadable videos (even that kind of videos, which I always got from someone else, hohoho) and that’s one of many reasons why my hardisk are full right now. I don’t want an internal HDD, since it’s not easy to bring, like, to my friend’s house or to my office, so I chose to get a portable one. I will fill it mostly with videos so I need one that has big space, 500GB at minimal, 1TB is good. Big space means pricey. Right now, 500GB portable HDD cost around Rp 1 millions rupiahs, or around US$100. Probably I’ll buy this together with my little bro, who also like to collects some anime videos. I’m sure I will buy this soon enough.

Digital Camera
Ha, digicam, I’ve been wanting this from loonggg time ago, even before I knew SLR type. Actually, I don’t really need this at the moment, not an urgent. I’m just going to use it as a hobby, and for support my website or blog (like for capture high quality picture). Until now, all pics that I took always from my handphone or my iPhone, with just a pathetic 2 megapixel camera. Getting a DSLR one sure is a great thing, but it’s so pricey. So I think I would just get a non-DSLR one, but of course the one with a good specs, not just a standard digicam. I still haven’t searching and read around about camera yet, so does anyone of you know a good non-DSLR digital camera, with price a lot cheaper from DSLR :-p ? Does $150 digicam is good enough? Hoho, I really don’t know anything about camera. Stupid me. Well, I might get one in 2010, so I still have time to begin search and ask around. ^^

TV LCD
Again, I’ve been wanting this from quite a long time ago. This is not an urgent matter, UNTIL, all of my TVs at my house, getting old and  broken. I’ve tried to get it repaired a couple of times, but, yeah, it’s broken and broken again. You know, I have 3 televisions, from 29″ to 19″. All of them still a CRT one, thick and fat TVs ^^, and just for information, it’s Sony (yep, all of THEM!). And, all of them are more than 10 years old. Nice, eh? So, I thought that I should get a new one. My older brother who study in Japan, is a big fans of Sharp, especially for Aquos series. So he make sure that I get an Aquos if I want to get a new one, 32 inch minimal. A few days ago I found a good deal in Electronic City, a promo price for Aquos 32″ LC32A37M series, but it’s for cash payment only. I thought we can buy it with credit, oh well. After some thoughts, we will get it around year end with a hope that year end sale will going to be bigger than this. Be patient is a bliss… phew!!

I want iMac and Wacom Cintiq 21 inch!!!

Damn, these two gadgets are in my TOP list right now, but they sure are so expensive! iMac alone cost for more than $2.000 and guess what, Wacom Cintiq 21 inch cost almost reach $3.000! That means I must prepare around $5.000 only to get my hands with these two gadgets! OMG, I just can’t imagine what will happen after I get these! Why iMac? Oh, you don’t know how I like Apple’s product, but hate its price, hehe. Apple’s product that I have right now are only iPhone 2G and an iPod Nano 3rd gen (and I give my iPod to my younger bro). And, why I want Wacom Cintiq? Because I’m an illustrator, and with Wacom Cintiq, I can work a lot faster and more productive. I only own a small Wacom Graphire 4 right now, yep, the one I used for make these silly images in this post, hehe. You can say these two expensive gadgets are my looong personal target to achieve.

Gotta work VERY hard!

I just have a little income from my job right now, it’s still faaaar from enough to fulfill my dreams and achive my long targeted future. That means I have to work hard, no, harder, no, VERY hard to get more money. I hope I can do this. Should I get partime job beside my prime job? Hmm, I dunno… I will try to get money from internet, I mean, from blogging and maintain my website. Yep, I have to try.
